ELITE ACADEMY Block Training. Each 90 minute session will consist of a 45 minute lacrosse training block and a 45 minute LAXFit block. Players will spend 45 minutes working in a small group with Roy Colsey followed by a 45 minute LAXFit session with IYCA certified trainer CJ Fleming. This 90 minute block format allows us to elevate each players lacrosse skills, IQ and overall ability while also providing them with an increase in their overall athletic ability and performance. Players will leave this program with better lacrosse skills, better lacrosse IQ, better overall shooting ability, greater strength, greater endurance, increased agility and increased speed and quickness.

LAXFit is a lacrosse specific fitness training regimen designed to improve all aspects of a lacrosse player’s fitness, agility and core strength. Each 60 minute session will include a full speed & agility workout on the ALA turf, separate training sessions on the Matrix S-Drive for power and the Woodway Curve Treadmill for speed and endurance, followed by a strength and core circuit in the ALA Fitness Studio. Each participant will be assigned an RFID card which will automatically pull up and track their individual workout and stats on the computer while they use the Woodway Curve! Players will also use the TRX Rip Stick on a daily basis to improve overall shooting mechanics, shot speed and core strength as it relates to shooting a lacrosse ball with more velocity. There is no better way to train for the sport of lacrosse than by attending a LAXFit Training Session!
