AMERICAN LACROSSE ACADEMY REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY:
Due to the high demand for and limited availability of our lacrosse programs, any session appointments not canceled within 48 hours of the start date will result in a forfeiture of one program session from the athlete's account. A courtesy of at least 72 hours is greatly appreciated!
Under the American Lacrosse Academy's No-Show policy, athletes who fail to attend a scheduled appointment will forfeit that session and will not be due a credit for the missed session.
Punch Cards will have an expiration date 1 year from the date of issuance, but can be used for any immediate family member.
In order to schedule a class, payment is due in full prior to the first class session.
If an athlete cancels a program session more than 30 days prior to the start of the first session, a $100 reservation fee or a fee equal to 10% of the cost of the program (whichever is greater) which is an administration fee will retained by American Lacrosse Academy.
