The ALARM INDEX Score is a measurement of a lacrosse players CURRENT lacrosse related skill, ability, strength and agility. ALARM Scores are impacted by both lacrosse skill development, strength and speed and agility development. An ALARM Score is by no means a final determination of a players ability, but rather a benchmark to show the player where he currently stands among his/her peers. The reason we test twice a year is to allow players to increase their scores through practice and hard work. ALARM Scores allow a player to track his/her own development and allow him/her to see measured progress over the course of the year.
